We are looking for a driven individual who will be responsible for managing and optimizing an online store on various e-commerce platform and websites, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, to drive sales and maximize revenue by leveraging data analytics and marketing strategies to identify and implement improvements across the platform. Your efforts will ensure that our digital storefront is not just functional but an integral part of our growth strategy.

• Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of the e-commerce platform.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve product listings and overall customer experience.
• Implement platform enhancements to improve user experience and site navigation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns related to online orders and product information.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability on the platform.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
• Create and maintain accurate and compelling product listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords for optimal search ranking.
• Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize website design and conversion rates.
• Analyze sales data to set competitive pricing strategies and adjust prices based on market trends and demand.
• Ran an e-commerce site on Shopify and WordPress
• Create engaging product descriptions and content to enhance customer engagement.
• Implement promotional pricing strategies including discounts, coupons, and flash sales.
• Manage product categories, attributes, and variations to ensure easy navigation for customers.
• Sold products where company catalog is 300-400 sku's and more.

Requirements

E-Commerce Specialist

• Worked with eBay, Walmart, and other upcoming platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices.
• Understand PPC.
• Experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• 3+ years’ experience for E-Commerce
