Service Manager (Security Systems Integration)

• Collaborate with sales, project management, and procurement teams for smooth service operations.
• Ensure clear communication with customers, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes (NFPA, NEC).
• Oversee scheduling and dispatching of low voltage technicians for service calls, troubleshooting, installations, and repairs.
• Supervise, hire, and train service staff, including coordinators and technicians, to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, inventory, and customer data for reporting and billing.
• Manage service tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
• Develop and implement service policies to streamline operations and optimize technician dispatch.

In this role, you will manage a team of service coordinators and technicians, optimizing service workflows while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 2-5 years in service management in low voltage, security systems, fire alarm, or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical skills to address operational challenges and enhance service outcomes.
• Knowledge of low voltage systems like security, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring top performance.
• Proficiency in service management software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
