The Assistant Project Manager – Finishes will manage and ensure the quality of finishing activities such as tiling, painting, and fixture installation within construction projects. This role focuses on interior details that define the final appearance of buildings.
Key responsibilities include executing all finishing works ranging from masonry, stone cladding, and false ceilings to façade, structural steel fabrication, waterproofing, and plumbing installations, while adhering to material specifications and quality standards. A solid understanding of interior finishing materials is essential.
The incumbent will calculate required material quantities, interpret architectural drawings, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, provide technical supervision, and monitor daily progress reports and snag lists. These actions ensure that finishing work proceeds on schedule and to the required standard.
Candidates should hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 6‑12 years of experience in building projects, possess technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural domains, and have proven finishing experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors. Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, communication and interpersonal abilities are also required.
