In this role you will support day‑to‑day production goals by ensuring assigned area targets are met, maintaining line flow, and reducing waste. You will communicate with multiple resources to resolve problems, coordinate employee training and staffing, and serve as the primary point of contact for the area team.
Additional expectations include communicating job expectations, coaching staff, enforcing policies, conducting operator training on standard work, and supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.
