The Role

Overview

Coordinate and execute new product/process launches in a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Scheduling of parts through SCM as per build plan and review of shortages and PPR -Build planning and ensure timely completion of builds as per plan -Ensure tractor build as per plan agreed and coordination for the offline , rework and CPA of the build units -Monitoring and coordination of Line Mfg. readiness – Equipment/tooling and process documentation -Co-ordination with Logistics Engg. For PFEP and line feeding -Coordination for EWT issues within mfg. function for their closure -Ensure DFM & A for all new contents along with ME and PD -Work place integration activities with cross functional teams for New Models -Monitoring of mfg. deliverables as per GPD ( Global Product development) guidelines -Ensure resolution of Mfg. PIR’s /issues before OKTS of the program -Coordinate for resolution of MBOM issues identified during build/validation -Support the creation of MBOM for all new models coordinating with PD and Mfg. Engg.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or a related field. -At least 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or product/process launches.
