What you would be doing

  • Ensure all individual tools supply are properly utilized and maintained
  • Completion of daily tasks (PPM’s, Works Orders) within the team
  • Contribute to developing a maintenance team who work together, support, communicate and encourage one another
  • Identify spares and or tooling need and raise purchase requests for the requirements
  • Comply with LOTO, COSWP to ensure all works are carried out safely
  • Ensure manufacturers maintenance requirements are followed for every task
  • Ensure work orders issued via the CMMS are completed on time
  • Attend daily communication meetings with the management team and other departments as required
  • Identify training requirements and Liaise with the Technical Supervisors to arrange training workshops in line with the Ain Dubai Training Scheme
  • Works with minimal supervision and maintains control over tasks assignment and responsibilities
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance whilst on shift
  • The Technical team is expected to develop and nurture positive relationships with all Departments within the Ain Dubai
  • Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed correctly, legibly and on time
  • Following training assist in the development and operation of the CMMS system
  • Carry out any scheduled safety equipment checks
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the department KPI’s and reduce waste by control of the use of spare parts and consumables
  • Assist team in completion of health & Safety Assessments and review of Code of Safe Working Practice (COSWP)
  • Share knowledge to others utilizing training techniques and toolbox talks
  • Assist in completion of Risk Assessments
  • Recommend improvements in departmental policy, procedure, and practice
  • Complete coaching & development to ensure confidence and have the skills to work safely and diligently on all Ain Dubai assets
  • Ensure Rides Logbook / PDA is updated with all tasks, breakdowns, and incidents
  • Carry out faithfully and professionally any other reasonable requests required by the Ain Dubai Technical Management team
  • Ensure all parts used / returned to stock are inventoried correctly via the CMMS system

  • Maintains valid conformity training certification
  • Familiarization of Safety Ride Attraction Specific, Ride and Manufacturer O&M Manuals, Ride and Attraction Operation

  • At least 1year experience in Technical Maintenance/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Can manage work at heights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
