You will drive successful permit applications from start to finish, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements, achieve deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed. By coordinating across teams and agencies, you will help deliver solutions that protect ecosystems, maintain safety, and support sustainable energy infrastructure.
Key duties include leading permit applications, tracking progress, coordinating data collection, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal teams. You will stay current on regulatory changes, contribute to programmatic planning, and actively share knowledge within a collaborative team environment.
The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in environmental science, natural resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 1–3 years of experience supporting environmental or utility permitting. Candidates must have strong knowledge of federal and state health and safety regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple permits under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Excel, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset are also essential. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
The anticipated annual base pay ranges from $61,299 to $75,562, with eligibility for bonus pay depending on performance and business needs.
