Commercialisation Manager

Description

You’ll drive income across kiosks, pop-ups, media, vending, services and new initiatives, shaping the centre’s commercial offer and delivering visible impact every day.

• Own the numbers - Support budgets and forecasts, track income performance and assist with debt management.
• Drive quality & innovation - Benchmark against the market, spot improvements and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Build key relationships - Act as the on-site contact for traders and partners, working closely with centre management to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify new commercial opportunities - Source brands, approach partners, unlock under-used spaces and introduce income-generating concepts.
• Manage day-to-day activity - Negotiate terms, coordinate bookings and produce accurate leases, agreements and documentation.
