Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
Supervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and foremen to ensure quality and efficiency.
Work closely with operations leadership to allocate labor and equipment resources.
Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company standards.
Review engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructability.
Represent Feldkamp Mechanical at project meetings and prepare necessary reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applications.
Direct and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projects.

Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
