Manage end-to-end training logistics such as content deployment, scheduling, enrollment, reminders, tracking, and escalation of non-completion through the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and communication channels.
Assist with internal audits and regulatory reviews by compiling and maintaining training records, communication archives, survey documentation, and effectiveness of evidence.
Support process improvements by identifying best practices and recommending enhancements to training and communication workflows.
Analyze employee survey results, training metrics, and engagement data; prepare dashboards and reports highlighting trends, insights, and recommended improvements.
Partner with the Enterprise Communications team to support the Ethics & Compliance communications strategy, including annual training campaigns and integrity initiatives.
Coordinate the development and implementation of the annual Ethics & Compliance awareness and training program, including content management, communications, data processing, reporting, and monitoring activities.
Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects designed to enhance the effectiveness and reach of nVent’s Ethics & Compliance Program.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for global audiences.
Ability to work in different time zones and schedules
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise-level Legal, Compliance, or HR training and communications programs.
Adaptability to evolving regulatory guidance and organizational priorities.
Experience with LMS platforms, content creation tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS 365); data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
Understanding key Ethics & Compliance topics (e.g., Code of Conduct, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, data privacy, and trade compliance).
Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
Critical and creative thinker with high energy and strong work ethic.
Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I).
Experience in a multinational industry.
Demonstrated ability to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Communications, or a related field required.
