Account Executive

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Executive for a full-time hybrid role in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, prospecting and generating new leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role combines onsite visits to clients’ locations with the flexibility of working remotely. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and oversee the successful implementation of innovative solutions for commercial spaces to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Proven ability in sales, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and related sales tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to hybrid work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of interior landscaping, design concepts, or exterior plant installations is preferred but not required
• Passion for creativity, design, or creating enhanced well-being in workspaces is a plus
