SRG is seeking an individual who takes pride in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for senior residents. This role has overall responsibility for maintaining the physical plant, FF&E, and grounds in excellent condition, and includes supervision of all maintenance and housekeeping personnel.

The incumbent assigns workers to maintenance, repair, or renovation tasks, obtains bids from outside contractors, executes a preventative maintenance program, purchases supplies and equipment, and prepares evacuation and emergency procedures. Additional responsibilities involve performing all interior and exterior maintenance functions and establishing standards, procedures, and work schedules for housekeeping staff.

A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is required, while maintenance experience in hospitality, healthcare, or multi‑family housing is preferred. Candidates must be First Aid and CPR certified, be on call, and be able to work weekends and holidays.
