Support the development of project documentation including reports, technical memoranda, and bid documents.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including TDOT, municipalities, and contractors to coordinate project needs.
Perform design calculations for geometric layout, pavement design, drainage, traffic control, and safety improvements.
Assist in the preparation of transportation engineering designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for roadways, intersections, and multimodal facilities.
Stay current with transportation engineering standards, tools, and technologies to support high-quality project delivery.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
