The position requires repairing damaged drywall, hanging, floating and finishing it, and preparing surfaces for paint. You will also apply paint to drywall, plaster, trim, doors, cabinets, and exterior areas, while demonstrating patience and compassion toward customers and upholding Paul Davis’s principles of honesty and integrity.
Work will involve climbing ladders, navigating confined spaces, and traveling to job sites, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential. Safety and professionalism are paramount in every task.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in both painting and drywall finishing, enjoy working with people, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Personal attributes such as pride in workmanship, dependability, punctuality, and a clean driving record are also required, with reference, drug testing, and background checks conducted.
