Perform research of citizen’s plates/tickets.
Complete/balance all daily reconciliation logs.
Respond to inquiries regarding all clients.
Forward escalation situations on behalf of citizens to customer care department/client(s).
Schedule hearings for citizens.
Update citizen information to record transactions.
Reconcile and balance monetary transactions after each tour.
Process cash, checks and/or credit card transactions.
Cashiers are responsible for collecting, balancing and depositing all cash and credit card transactions processed.

Ability to use a Ten-key adding machine
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide
Sitting and standing for long periods
Able to perform responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
Able to maintain departmental standards.
Able to perform multiple tasks within the department.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume area.
One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English and/or Spanish
Must be available to work all shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00am, Monday – Sunday
Perform with high level of accuracy.
