Description

The Scheduler works closely with the Project Team to uphold Project Controls standards, acting as a liaison among estimating, design, and construction groups. This hands‑on position ensures accurate quantity, cost, and schedule management throughout the project lifecycle, from the original estimate to final completion.

• Prepare and integrate Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios into complete project schedules.
• Gather and analyze historical and forecast data to support realistic planning.
• Interpret project scopes and contracts to align scheduling activities.
• Communicate with owners to ensure satisfaction and address corrective actions.
• Perform scheduling analysis of delays to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Alert project teams and management to schedule‑related risks and contract notices.
• Participate in bid pursuits, preparing proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials.
• Document schedule assumptions and conduct monthly schedule audits.
• Train Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling software usage.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education‑experience mix.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management systems.
• Proficiency with document control and Office tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office).
• Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
