Description
Perform prototype testing and design validation.
Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and reliability requirements.
Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, CREO, or AutoCAD.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for component design and manufacturability feedback
Support product lifecycle activities, including design changes, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality, and procurement) to ensure design feasibility and compliance with standards.
Create and maintain product documentation, including BOMs, drawings, and technical reports.
