Preferred qualifications include a degree or HND in a relevant field, professional affiliations with bodies such as APM or ICE, and certifications like PRINCE2, MSP, or NEC PM accreditation. Beneficial experience covers aviation infrastructure, NEC contract procurement, managing contractors/consultants, consultancy or client‑side roles, and familiarity with public‑sector infrastructure organisations.
