As part of the digital team, the digital delivery engineer will help support and facilitate the successful embedment of digital tools and processes across the Project.

Can Lead the use of Digital Software applications and train others

Create effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners

Work with the wider Digital team to become a subject Matter expert in digital tools and processes.

  • Help lead Digital adoption of products and processes on projects.
  • Develop processes; implement a digital culture with the use of Digital Technology across the Customers, Regions, sectors, and Frameworks which aligned with Balfour Beatty Built to Last and build a Digital Balfour Beatty
  • Planning in relation to roll out of digital tools onto schemes
  • Drive the adoption of established digital minimum expectations into to all local projects
  • Own the training and deployment plans for digital tools implementation on the project
  • Capture additional requirements and feedback to team
  • Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of project stakeholders
  • Track and report on adoption of digital tools
  • Undertake configuration of devices for new starters on the project, ensuring setup and on-boarding for digital systems
  • Receive products into service and ensure their successful roll out across multiple schemes
  • Own the deployment of digital tools onto each new local project
  • Ensure appropriate SME representation in Digital initiative
  • Ensure best practices and processes are followed with regards to Digital
  • Lead training sessions for key systems on the project
  • Capture, document, and feedback lessons learned on the success and failure of digital tools, process and their implementations.
  • Undertake configuration of devices for new starters on the project, ensuring setup and on-boarding for digital systems planning in relation to roll out of digital tools onto schemes
