Installers will install home‑remodeling products to Mad City’s standards, apply finish work when needed, and complete a final checklist with the homeowner. After each job you will communicate with management to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment, while treating the homeowner and property with respect.
Ideal candidates have at least three years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows or kitchens, and operate under an established LLC with workers’ compensation and liability insurance. Strong communication and customer‑service skills are essential for interacting with homeowners and team members.
The position is a 1099 installer role with the potential to earn up to $300,000 per year. We provide year‑round work, paid training, weekly direct deposits, performance bonuses and a flexible schedule.
