What You Will Do: Produce proposal pricing and cost volume in response to customer requests. Lead and develop compliant, complete, and awardable pricing files and cost/price proposal narratives in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. Develop pricing/cost volumes in line with proposal instructions and company policies. Collaborate with cross‑functional proposal team members, including contracts, subcontracts, procurement, capture management, finance, and technical estimators. Ensure completion of compliant basis of estimates and generate timely pricing and cost volume narratives to meet proposal gate reviews.
What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree with 2‑4 years of relevant experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance or U.S. Federal Government Public Trust. Proven success in cost proposal development for U.S. government contracts, with strong understanding of RFP/RFQ analysis, terms, conditions, and evaluation factors that impact pricing strategy. Experience with government customer proposal requirements, a strong customer focus, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, coordination, and quantitative analysis skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing new pricing strategies to create profitable, winning proposals; influencing and guiding engagement teams’ pricing strategies; overseeing financial information related to budgets, forecasts, pricing, planning, and cost control of government contracts. Preparing proposal cost volumes, pricing schedules, and methodology descriptions; leading analysis of subcontractor proposals for reasonableness per FAR subpart 15.4 and firm policies; collaborating with the proposal pursuit team, participating in kickoff meetings, and leading pricing strategy discussions. Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000‑$124,000, with compensation determined by factors such as skill sets, experience, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and other business needs.
