Proficiency in telephony and cloud voice technologies
3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform and integration of the platform with other technologies such as Conversational AI, Marketing Orchestration and Enterprise Data
Familiarity with BYOC architecture and enterprise carrier solutions.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
Experience with unified communications and other collaboration tools.
Proficiency in Genesys Architect, scripting, and API integrations.
Knowledge of custom CRM and POS integrations (ServiceTitan).
Strong understanding of contact center operations, work force management, quality management, reporting, text analytics and voice of the customer
Experience with data analytics or reporting tools.
