Role
What you would be doing
- Support the management of change for new environmental compliance obligations and legislation changes, including effective communication to stakeholders
- Provide advice and develop project documentation to successfully navigate State and Commonwealth environmental legislation and associated legal instruments, associated with desalination, water sourcing, pipelines, wastewater treatment and disposal within terrestrial and marine environments across Western Australia
- Support the development and execute environmental management project strategy across the full project life cycle of Water Corporation assets
- Support improvements to the EMS standards and procedures, to ensure the Corporation meets its environmental management objectives under Thrive 2035
- Manage consultants to deliver Environmental Impact Assessment Studies to support securing environmental approvals within required timeframes
