Description

Mark up civil infrastructure including earthworks, road elements, drainage, and underground services
Conduct accurate setouts for any steel structure, concrete foundations, precast panels, HD bolts, piling, etc
Liaise with supervisors/project managers in planning and prioritising works
Establish survey control marks
Carry out volumetric surveys and cut & fill reports
Verify design compatibility against existing site conditions
Set up Machine Control Systems
Provide a design conformance report when needed
Conduct feature and level surveys
Prepare survey as-constructed drawings and reports
Perform any ground deformation monitoring, where required
Compute Setout models, TIN surface, and 3D alignments

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or equivalent
Full driver’s license and flexibility/willingness to travel and live away
Sound knowledge of Map projection and LSA
12D and AutoCAD Civil3D skills are advantageous but not essential
Experience in utilising Total station, GNSS, and Laser scanning
Strong time management and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
