Project Manager

Description

Working closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of multiple Refurbishment, Redevelopment and Alteration projects ranging in value from £100k - £5m.

• Monitor project timescales, working closely with partners ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Deliver multiple inception to completion projects ranging in value from £100k – £5m.
• Delivering capital projects in either a client-side or client’s consultant Project Manager role.
• Regular and on-going assessment of the overall performance of contractors used on site.
• Monitor project costs throughout the project and provide cost control support.

Requirements

My client is looking for a well organised and self-starting Project Manager with experience of delivering multiple small/minor works projects as well as possessing excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

• Experience of JCT Minor Works.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Benefits
