Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
Support Kensa Contracting project cost reporting.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Group Financial Controller, Head of Accounts, and Management Accountant.

Manage accounts receivable and provide cover for purchase ledger when required.
Process credit card expenses via Access.
Assist with bringing ledgers up to trial balance stage at month end, including ledger analysis, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is desirable.
