Compliance: review changes in global transfer pricing legislation and ensure the firm's practices are current and compliant.
Enquiry management: lead on transfer pricing enquiry and dispute resolution, providing necessary documentation and strategic defence.
Stakeholder management: Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure effective transfer pricing practices.
Training: Provide education and training to stakeholders both in finance and to practice leaders on transfer pricing policies and changes in legislation.
Financial analysis: Conduct financial and economic analyses to support transfer pricing positions and strategies.
Intercompany transactions: Evaluate and advise on intercompany transfers of intangible property, services, and loans.
