- Develop and lead training programs to ensure that internal teams are proficient in the use of virtual construction tools and methodologies.
- Ensure the effective use of digital tools, with actionable and repeatable standard operating procedures to enhance project performance and coordination.
- Foster collaboration between the design, preconstruction, and operations teams by ensuring effective communication and coordination through virtual construction tools.
- Work closely with operations leadership to ensure that virtual construction technologies are utilized to their full potential on each project.

Skilled in using Bluebeam, Primavera P6 (P6), and Microsoft Office to enhance project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring seamless integration of virtual models with physical construction processes.
