  • Build and nurture a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and field professionals.
  • Provide executive oversight for all foundation piling and specialty construction operations.
  • Guide review of engineering designs and construction plans to optimize performance and risk mitigation.

  • Serve as a senior representative at industry events, interviews, and client-facing engagements.

  • Supervise execution of deep foundation and specialty construction systems (e.g., driven piles, sheet piling, drill rigging, post and lagging, demolition piling).

This executive role requires deep technical knowledge of foundation systems, exceptional leadership acumen, and a track record of building and scaling successful construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of division performance—operational execution, client engagement, financial management, and market development.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in deep foundations, piling, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of field operations, including drilling, rigging, and sheet piling techniques.
  • Strong record of success in client development and relationship management.
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • OSHA 30 and additional safety credentials are a plus.
  • Executive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in a construction environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
