In this high‑visibility position you will shape the Lean management system and drive operational excellence across the transformer business. You will partner with factory leaders, maintenance teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to embed TPM best practices, improve equipment reliability, and advance ITM maturity.
You will be responsible for driving performance improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and implementing system‑wide tools that raise reliability and efficiency. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will ensure that best practices are captured and shared throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and brings at least ten years of experience in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, or TPM deployment. Hands‑on expertise with CMMS, autonomous maintenance, and proven OEE gains is required; Lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
