Participate and attend the Sales Meetings, seminars or training sessions as directed by RD&S management.
Support the company’s sales efforts in both construction and service. Work directly with sales department personnel to develop projects, project design/drawings, cost estimates, and proposal letters for presentation to customers.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose appropriate refrigeration solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Utilize the Kelvin Estimating Template or current estimating platform for all cost estimating. Adhere to all Deal Desk/Deal Scoring criteria set forth by Kelvin Group.
Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software in a disciplined manner to enable Kelvin-wide visibility of sales performance.
