Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential hospitality and will be responsible for providing excellent member service while maintaining professional relationships. Candidates should be outgoing, high‑energy, driven, and professional, with a genuine interest in problem solving and efficiently managing the front desk.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior residential concierge experience, preferably with properties of 250 or more units. Familiarity with property management software such as BuildingLink, Yardi, Rent Café, or Entrata is preferred. Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, professional appearance, and excellent customer‑service abilities are required. The role demands detail orientation, multitasking, knowledge of local attractions and transportation, flexible availability—including weekends—and strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills. Candidates must maintain reliable attendance, pass a background investigation and reference check, and be willing to discuss a detailed scope of work during the interview.
The position offers an hourly pay rate of $22.00 to $23.00 and a regular schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
