Facilities Engineer

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warwick for a Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer. The key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of building facilities, conducting preventive and reactive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment and systems issues, and ensuring facilities and equipment are operating efficiently. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining detailed records, and supporting the facility management team in achieving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving equipment or maintenance issues.
• Familiarity with applicable health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Strong expertise in Facilities Engineering and knowledge of Facilities Operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge and practical skills in Preventive Maintenance and predictive maintenance best practices to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Experience and skills in Facility Management (FM), including coordination and planning capabilities.
