• Coordinate with Dubai Digital Authority and external partners for data exchange compliance.
• Lead development of smart, interactive platforms supporting business intelligence and decision-making.
• Manage RTA’s corporate data repository, ensuring policy and legislative compliance.
• Oversee big data platform development, enabling advanced data analytics and corporate insights.
• Provide integrated, secure data access for AI use cases and enterprise analytics.
• Implement a comprehensive data governance roadmap aligned with national policies.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of enterprise data models and databases.
• Ensure data quality improvements across platforms and establish ongoing enhancement mechanisms.

Seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader – Data and Platform Management to lead RTA’s efforts in regulating and governing corporate data, developing scalable digital data infrastructure, and overseeing advanced data platforms supporting decision-making across the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Minimum 11 years of experience in enterprise data management and platform development.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Deep expertise in data governance, big data analytics, technical project management, cloud computing, and AI governance.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, data-driven environments.
