You will join Tailwind's team to support smaller short‑term rental operators by delivering outstanding guest communication and property management services. Tailwind blends smart technology with real people to provide 24/7 support, helping partners create exceptional guest experiences while growing their businesses. This role combines technology, customer service, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
The position focuses on handling guest inquiries across email, phone, and OTA messaging, managing reservations, and coordinating with internal teams, property managers, and owners to fulfill special guest requests. Continuous feedback to improve partner processes and occasional virtual meetings are also part of the duties.
Applicants must reside in Tamil Nadu, have excellent written and verbal English skills, and possess prior experience in short‑term vacation rentals or property‑management systems. They should be able to work independently from a quiet home office that meets specified technical standards. The role offers $3‑$3.5 per hour for a 40‑hour weekly schedule.
