

Employee‑owned firm providing geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and materials testing services.
In this position the engineer will engage in field and laboratory testing, collaborate on project proposals, manage basic testing assignments, interact with clients, develop engineering solutions, prepare reports, and observe construction activities while gaining experience toward a Professional Engineer license.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be able to perform field work at least 50 % of the time, lift 50 lb regularly, and travel up to 25 % of the time. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical or materials emphasis, EIT certification (or ability to obtain within six months), and strong written and verbal communication skills are required; prior consulting experience and proficiency in field‑testing and report writing are preferred.
