You will be investigating online issues; Maintaining WordPress websites (plugins, themes etc); Testing and deploying website changes; Diagnosing and resolving hosting, DNS, and SSL issues; Analysing and fixing PHP, CSS, or JavaScript errors.

Commercial experience of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with DNS, SSL, or website hosting environments would be beneficial.
Experience of working in a Web Support role previously ideally in an agency environment.
