The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organisational development to ensure a productive and positive work environment. Based at our Birmingham Office (near the International Train Station), the role also includes one day per week in Ipswich and travel across our UK sites, allowing you to stay connected with teams across the Group.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover contract (12–14 months), starting early April 2026. This is a hands‑on, people‑centred role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to our managers and teams across the business. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead our HR function, support and develop the HR Assistant, and help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging working environment where people can thrive.
