Act as the primary liaison between operations and CBC site management for maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to broadcast or production operations.
Ensure full compliance with BGIS and CBC Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, and all applicable codes and standards (OHSA, ESA, TSSA, Fire Code, Building Code).
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to deliver efficient, high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple CBC sites.
Support capital planning by identifying asset deficiencies, lifecycle renewal needs, and recommending improvements.

Must be available for on-call and after-hours emergencies to support 24/7 CBC broadcast operations.
Experience with CMMS and facility management systems (e.g., RealSuite7, Service Insight).
Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing building automation, UPS, generator, and cooling systems.
Power Engineer – 3rd or 4th Class.
Excellent understanding of preventive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance, and sustainability best practices.
Must comply with BGIS and CBC security clearance requirements.
BOMA FMA, SMA, or BES certification (asset).
Familiar with KPI management, asset lifecycle planning, and operational auditing processes.
