Broad ranging experience in the leadership and management of people and teams in a development related field.
A proven track record in managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships and liaising with senior management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
Proven track record in delivering land development, townhouse construction, and medium-density apartment projects.
A demonstrated record of achievement in the management and delivery of major construction, infrastructure or property and land development projects.
Tertiary degree or higher qualification in property, architecture, design, engineering, project management, construction or related fields.
