- Compliance and Standards: Ensure timely and compliant delivery of contract outcomes across Land Management within WA. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Defence data and defined contract standards .
- Team Culture and Capability: Foster a positive team culture and support workforce capability development.
- Planning and Delivery: Lead planning and delivery of land management activities, ensuring alignment with contract KPIs.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Integration: Support the Base teams and work as a Team-of-Teams integrator and facilitator across the state and region.

- Experience in land management within Defence or complex environments
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance
- Proficiency with GIS and estate data systems
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Tertiary qualifications in Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Science or similar
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
