The Plant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and training team members on a variety of advanced manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and automation aptitude who enjoys working with high-tech systems and helping others succeed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Provide training for operators and maintenance staff on safe and effective use of complex machinery.
- Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for:
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment categories.
- Serve as primary technical expert on robotics and CNC systems, supporting both hands-on troubleshooting and software-related issues.
- Supervise maintenance staff working on forklifts, compressors, saws, and other general equipment.
- Operate equipment as needed for production and testing.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning of new systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEM technical support when needed for complex repairs or software updates.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to ensure optimized equipment performance and reliability.

Familiarity with CNC controls and robotic programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Baca, or similar platforms).
Strong safety mindset with demonstrated ability to maintain a safe working environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to train and develop team members.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, automation, and pneumatic systems.
Proven experience supervising or mentoring maintenance personnel.
5+ years of experience with robotics, CNC machinery, and CAD-driven production equipment.
