  • Direct and supervise creative from concept through execution along with the Copy team
  • Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work.
  • Provide clear creative direction, motivation, and inspiration to the design team
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
  • Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital, and brand design.
  • Work on design strategies that are insightful and stimulate good work
  • Enforce brand guidelines across all internal & external departments including businesses, marketing, acquisition, PR, etc.
  • Manage deliverables and the design team. Collaborate across various teams to achieve the marketing goals

  • Strong sense of creative storytelling, content writing, user experience, and marketing and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication media
  • 1-3 years of experience in copywriting for advertising, digital, and social.
  • Experience in both mainline & digital creative thinking would be preferred
  • Knowledge about interiors and current brand trends will be a plus
  • Experience balancing strategy and copy, leading and managing small projects with art resources.
  • Ability to thrive as a collaborator/co-creator - willing to shape ideas as well as build on the ideas of others.
  • Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas
