Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
Track, manage, and maintain IT inventory including laptops, desktops, routers, and other IT equipment.
Provide first and second-line support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other tools.
Liaise with hardware/software vendors and service providers for AMC, troubleshooting, and procurement.
Maintain up-to-date IT documentation including network diagrams, asset inventories, and support logs.
Ensure IT systems are secure with antivirus tools, endpoint protection, and firewall rules. Support compliance with IT policies.
Implement and monitor regular data backup routines and ensure system restore processes are in place.
Use tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar to proactively monitor infrastructure and resolve incidents.
Experience: 5+ years of experience into Networking, Software and Hardware Infrastructure implementation and support
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
