- Must meet cost budgets and cost targets through the efficient use of all resources.
- Develop a Capital Budget and assure projects are completed within budget and schedule for both plants.
- Develop and successfully execute an operational budget for both plants.
- Monitors quality systems to assure all products are shipped within targeted specifications.
- Develop and execute on cost savings plans.
- Assures systems are in place to meet Saint-Gobain’s waste and energy, sustainability goals.

- 10 years of progressive leadership responsibility.
- Warehouse and inventory management experience including shipping standards to other countries outside the U.S.
- ERP system knowledge in plant management.
- Equivalent technical training in a relevant manufacturing environment that provides a comprehensive knowledge of plant leadership and 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Engineering or business degree, preferred.
