Plan and schedule work assignments, effectively organising personnel and material resources to meet project timelines and objectives
To complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
To keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work
Facilitate feedback from the field to management, helping to refine processes and improve service delivery
To maintain and service fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems (Ansul R102)
Provide mentorship and training to team members, helping them develop their technical skills and fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development
To be responsible for vehicle and stock control of materials
Work closely with the Field Line Manager to develop and implement strategies that promote continuous improvement and enhance team efficiency.
To monitor regular inspection procedures (preventative maintenance programme) of equipment. Record inspection reports
Actively participate in engineering tasks, providing practical, on-the-ground support and troubleshooting complex systems, products, and issues
Assist in the induction of new team members, ensuring they are fully prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
Offer over-the-phone technical assistance to team members, helping them resolve challenges swiftly and efficiently

If you also have experience of Ansul R102 systems and servicing Fire Extinguishers, that’s great, but if not and you have the right aptitude and some of the right skills, we can train you in the rest!

Possibly City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent
People management skills
Ability to create and build strong relationships, with a professional approach
IEE 18th Edition Regulations would be ideal
Able to work at heights of up to 3 metres and lift weights of up to 25kg
Ideally, you will have experience of the servicing and maintenance of electrical fire systems equipment, such as GENT, Notifier Advanced, Kentec.
Customer focused, possess good organisational skills.
Some demonstrable Fire Industry experience is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing
Ideally FIA qualifications
Some experience of electrical fire life safety works, within the services sector would be great
