The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet RangeWater’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role oversees technical and mechanical work, manages the maintenance team, and coordinates the “Make Ready” process from start to finish.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 1‑3 years of supervisory experience in apartment maintenance, and knowledge of OSHA, MSDS and EPA refrigerant certifications. A valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift and move equipment, and proficiency with property-management software are also required.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call availability during evenings, holidays and weekends. Typical site hours are Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 10 am‑5 pm, and Sunday 1 pm‑5 pm, with a 40‑hour work week.
