The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.
Education/experience requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform all on‑site software functions. Candidates must possess a basic understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical requirements involve regular movement around the worksite, climbing ladders or stairs, and lifting or moving objects up to 25 lb. Employees must be able to work overtime, weekends, night hours, and in varied environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures, precipitation, and confined spaces.
Compensation is set at $22 per hour and includes a comprehensive total rewards package: medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, commission and performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
