Description

• Oversee billing processes, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments as per contract terms.
• Lead coordination and negotiations with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for contracts and project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Utilize advanced contract management tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve disputes effectively.
• Review, and negotiate contracts for city-side development projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and business priorities.
• Monitor and report on contract performance metrics, ensuring adherence to budgetary and operational benchmarks.
• Maintain documentation and liaise with legal teams for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Ensure contracts are structured to support the development of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings, reflecting the business unit’s operational focus.
• Provide expert guidance on contract management best practices, leveraging deep domain knowledge in commercial real estate.
• Handle contractual claims and disputes, ensuring timely resolution in line with contractual terms.

Requirements

• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Contract Management is preferred.
• Experience with analytics platforms for tracking contract performance metrics.
• Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the construction of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
• Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices specific to commercial real estate.
• 15+ years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on commercial real estate projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
• Expertise in handling contracts related to city-side development projects, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
• Proven track record of improving contract efficiency and reducing project risks.
