The Vendor Management Lead (remote, EST‑based) will serve as a subject‑matter expert driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships for JLL across North America, leading a team of Vendor Management professionals to deliver sustainable value through strategic partnerships and program management.
- Lead and mentor a team of Vendor Management professionals to achieve strategic client outcomes.
- Conduct periodic market‑trend analysis and deliver client‑ready reports to supply‑chain and business stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor performance across the supply base and coordinate issue escalation with field teams.
- Design, implement and coordinate regional and national vendor management programs.
- Drive cost‑optimization, risk mitigation and performance‑management initiatives for vendor relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with JLL and client sourcing, contracting and risk‑management policies.
- Lead strategic supplier performance reviews to identify growth and ROI improvement opportunities.
- Support diversity program development in alignment with client and JLL goals.

- Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of supplier/relationship management or procurement experience.
- At least 2 years of third‑party risk‑management experience and proven ability to lead in a decentralized environment.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, executive presence, communication and senior‑level influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and strategic mindset; proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferred qualifications: MBA, experience in facility‑management operations, exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.

This remote role offers an estimated compensation of $120‑150 k annually, a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, full medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave at 100 % salary, PTO, holidays and early wage access via Daily Pay; visa sponsorship is not provided.
